Mr. Urs Kaufmann has been the Chairman of the company since 2014. Previously, he served as the Division Head and member of management board of the company from 1997 to 2000, the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2002 to 2017. Mr. Kaufmann also served as the Project Manager at Zellweger Uster AG from 1987 to 1993, and the Production Manager and the Head of Sales division of the company.

Mr. Beat Kalin has been the Deputy Chairman of the company since 2009. He also served as the Chairman of Komax Group, Dierikon; and Sevensense Robotics AG, Zurich. He also served as the Director of CabTec Holding AG, Rotkreuz.

Mr. Urs Ryffel has been the Chief Executive officer of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the Head of Fibre Optics division of the company from 2007 to 2016; Project Manager at ABB Schweiz in Baden and Zurich; and Manager of the business development department of ABB Kraftwerke AG. Mr. Ryffel served as the Manager of the global business unit Hydro Power Plant Service from 1992 to 1999, the General Manager in Lisbon for the Hydro Power segment at ALSTOM. Mr. Ryffel also serves as the Head of Rollers business unit of the company from 2004 to 2007, and the Head of the Cable System Technology unit of the company since 2007.

Mr. Ivo Wechsler has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2010. Previously, he served as the Head of Corporate Controlling ofthe company from 2008 to 2010. He served as the Head Corporate Treasury from2005 to 2010; and Head Corporate Controlling from 2001 to 2007 at Ascom Group. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Controlling and Treasury at Sunrise Communications from 1999 to 2001.

Ms. Patricia Stolz serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2015. Previously, she served as the Human Resources Manager of the Fiber Optics Division for the company from 2008 to 2015. Prior to this, she served as the Head of HR Management at Flawa AG, Flawil from 2003 to 2007.
