Mr. Urs Kaufmann has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2002 to 2017, and Chief Operating Officer of Polymer Systems Sector from 2001 to 2002 of the company. Previously, he served as the Head of Materials Technology division of the company from 1997 to 2000. Earlier, he worked as the Managing Director, Henry Berchtold AG from 1994 to 1997. Mr. Kaufmann also served as the Project Manager at Zellweger Uster AG from 1987 to 1993, and the Production Manager and the Head of Sales division of the company. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Bucher Industries AG, Vice-Chairman of SFS Group AG, and Director of Muller Martini Holding AG.

Mr. Beat Kalin has been the Deputy Chairman of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the company from 2015 to 2017. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer from 2007 to 2015, Chief Operating Officer from 2006 to 2007 at Komax Group. He also worked with Robert Bosch GmbH from 2004 to 2006, and as a member of SIG Schweizerische Industrie-Gesellschaft Holding AG from 1998 to 2004. Earlier, Mr. Kalin held several management roles at Elektrowatt Group from 1987 to 1997. Currently, he serves as a Director of CabTec Holding AG and the Chairman of Komax Group since 2015.

Mr. Urs Ryffel has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2017. He also serves as a Director at Vetropack Holding Ltd., Swissmem, Swiss Management Association SMG, and Bergbahnen Scuol AG. Previously, he served as the Head of Fiber Optics division from 2007 to 2016; Head of the Cable System Technology business unit from 2004 to 2007, and Head of Rollers business unit from 2002 to 2004 of the company. Earlier, he served as the General Manager Hydro Power segment, ABB/ALSTOM from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Ryffel also served as the Head of Business Development unit at ABB Power Generation Switzerland, Head of Hydro Power Plant Service global business unit at ABB Power Generation segment, Zurich from 1992 to 1999.

Mr. Richard Hammerli has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Belimed AG, Zug (CH). Prior to that, Mr. Hammerli served as Head of Corporate Controlling at Sulzer AG, Winterthur (CH).

Ms. Patricia Stolz has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2015. Previously, she served as the Human Resources Manager of the Fiber Optics Division for the company from 2008 to 2015. Prior to this, she served as the Head of HR Management at Flawa AG, Flawil from 2003 to 2007, and an Assistant in Human Resources at NAW Nutzfahrzeuge AG from 1990 to 2003.
