Ms. Kerttu Tuomas has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2017. Previously, she served as an Executive Vice President of Human Resources and a Director of KONE Corp from 2002 to 2017. Mr. Charles Heaulme has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President of Europe & Central Asia from 2015 to 2019, and the Vice President of South Europe from 2012 to 2014 at Tetra Pak. He was the Managing Director of Southern Cone from 2010 to 2012 and the Managing Director of Central America & Caribbean from 2007 to 2010 at Tetra Pak. Mr. Thomas Geust has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2013. Prior to this, he held various positions at ABB Group from 2004 to 2013 including the Group Vice President and the Global Controller of Business Unit Marine and Cranes. He worked as the Global Division Controller and the Vice President, Control at Schneider Electric from 2003 to 2004. Previously, he was the Production Controller at Lexel Group from 2000 to 2003 and an Auditor at KPMG from 1998 to 2000.

Ms. Ann O’Hara has been the President of North America at the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Managing Director of Four Provinces Investments LLC from 2019 to 2020. She held various positions at Amcor Limited from 2008 to 2019. Ms. Hara previously worked at General Electric Company from 2003 to 2008, and as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from 1999 to 2003. Prior to this, she also served as the Technical Service Manager at Procter & Gamble from 1993 to 1997.

Mr. Pekka Ala-Pietila has been the Chairman of the company since 2012. Prior to this, he served as Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Blyk Services Ltd from 2006 to 2011. He held various positions at Nokia Corp from 1984 to 2005 including a President and Director. He served as the Chairman of Netcompany AS from 2017 to 2019 and Solidium Oy from 2011 to 2015, and a Director of Poyry Plc from 2006 to 2017. He also serves as the Chairman of Sanoma Corporation.
