Mr. Eui Sun Chung has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman of Hyundai Motor Company from 2009–2018. Mr. Chung also served as the President of Kia Motors Corporation sister company of Hyundai Motor from 2005–2009.

Mr. Lee Dong-seok has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer, Executive Vice President, and Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Engine Transmission Business Manager of the company from 2018 to 2020.

Mr. Jaehoon Chang has been the President, Director, and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Genesis Business Manager from 2019 to 2020 of the company. Mr. Chang also served as the Service Business Manager from 2015 to 2018 at Hyundai Motor Co.

Mr. Schemera serves as Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Consumer Experience Division at the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President and Head of Product Division at Hyundai Motor Group. Previously, he served as the Head of the High Performance Vehicle and Motorsport Division in March, 2018 at the company. Mr. Schemera served various leadership roles at the BMW Group including as the Vice President of Sales & Dealer Development in the Mainland and Greater China regions, from 2005 to 2008.

Mr. Gopala Krishnan CS has been the Chief Manufacturing Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to that, he served as the Vice President of Production of the company.
