Mr. Sanjiv Puri has been the Chairman and Managing Director of the company since May 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company from 2017 to 2019. Previously, he served as the Divisional Chief Executive of the India Tobacco Division and also handled additional responsibility of Trade Marketing and Distribution function of the company from 2009 to 2017. Earlier, he served as the Managing Director at ITC Infotech India, and also on the Boards of ITC Infotech's wholly owned subsidiaries in the UK and the US from 2006 to 2009. Mr. Puri served as the Managing Director at Surya Nepal, a joint venture subsidiary of ITC in Nepal from 2001 to 2006.

Mr. Supratim Dutta has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he held various position of the company, including Corporate Financial Controller and Executive Vice President of Corporate Finance. He served in various positions at the company since 1990. Currently, he serves as the Chairman at various subsidiaries of the company, including Russell Credit Limited, ITC Integrated Business Services Limited, Gold Flake Corporation Limited, and Greenacre Holdings Limited. He also serves as a Director at various subsidiaries of the company, including ITC Hotels Limited, ITC Infotech India Limited, ITC Infotech Limited – UK, ITC Infotech (USA), Inc., Surya Nepal Private Limited, and WelcomHotels Lanka (Private) Limited.

Mr. Hemant Malik has been the Director since 2023, and Chief Executive Officer of Foods Business of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Trade Marketing and Distribution of the company in 2008. Previously, he was heading Trade Marketing & Distribution for ITC FMCG. He also worked across multiple businesses including Tobacco, Lifestyle Retailing and Packaged Foods.

Mr. Vikas Gupta has been the Chief Executive Officer of Education and Stationery Business of the company since 2020. He also serves as Divisional Chief Executive of Lifestyle Retailing Business of the company since 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Cello Writing Group of Companies.

Mr. Devraj Lahiri has been the Chief Executive of the Tobacco Division of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the India Tobacco Division from 2020 to 2022. Previously, he served as a Director at TII (Tobacco Institute of India) from 2012 to 2020. He also served in VST Industries as the Managing Director in 2017.
