Mr. Stefan Traeger has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as a member of the executive committee of Tecan Group AG from 2013 to 2017, where he managed the global retail customer business in the Life Sciences Division. Prior to this, Mr. Traeger served as the Managing Director, Vice President and General Manager of Leica Microsystems CMS GmbH. He also worked as the Director of Strategic Business Development of Carl Zeiss Meditec AG and Managing Director of Carl Zeiss SMT Ltd.

Ms. Prisca Havranek-Kosicek has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Financial Officer of Nilfisk A/S and Novozymes A/S. She started her career in 1998 at Roland Berger in Germany.

Mr. Ralf Kuschnereit has been the Head of Advanced Photonic Solutions division of the company since January 2023. Previously he served as the Head of the ophthalmological systems business unit and President and Chief Executive Officer at Carl Zeiss Meditec Inc. Mr. Kuschnereit joined the company in 2017.

Mr. Matthias Wierlacher has been the non- executive Chairman of the company since 2012. He also serves as the Chairman at Thüringer Aufbaubank. Previously, he served as the Member of the Executive Board at Deutsche Effecten- und Wechsel-Beteiligungsgesellschaft AG from 2000 to 2001, He also served as the Branch Manager at Bayerische Hypo- und Vereinsbank AG from 1997 to 1999. Earlier Mr. Wierlacher served as Branch Manager at Bayerische Vereinsbank AG from 1994 to 1996. He also worked as the Adviser to major customers at Bayerische Vereinsbank AG from 1992 to 1994, and Executive Board Assistant at Bayerische Vereinsbank AG fom 1991 to 1992. Prior to this, he worked as the Trainee in the corporate customer division of Bayerische Vereinsbank AG from 1989 to 1991.
