Mr. Danny Teoh has been the Chairman of the company since April 2021 and Director since 2010. Prior to this, he served in various senior positions including Head of Financial Services, Head of Audit and Risk Advisory Services, and Managing Partner in KPMG LLP.

Mr. Loh Chin Hua has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2012 to 2014; Chairman of the group companies of Keppel Group; Founder and Managing Director of Alpha Investment Partners; Managing Director of Prudential Investment.; and other positions at Government of Singapore Investment Corporation. Mr. Hua also served on the Boards of Singapore Economic Development Board and EDB Investments Pte Ltd.

Mr. Chan Hon Chew has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since February 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Finance at Singapore Airlines Limited (SIA) from 2006 to 2014; Assistant General Manager for Finance and Corporate services at Wing Tai Holdings Limited from 1998 to 2003. Mr. Chew also served on the Boards of Keppel Offshore & Marine Ltd, Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation Ltd, Keppel Land, Keppel Infrastructure Holdings Pte Ltd, Keppel Capital Holdings Pte Ltd and M1 Limited.

Mr. Manjot Singh Mann has been the Chief Digital Officer of the company since 2022 and Chief Executive Officer and Director of M1 of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2018 to 2022; Chief Executive Officer of Pareteum Asia Pte Ltd. Mr. Mann also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Communications & Convergence of Lebara Mobile from 2014 to 2018; Chief Executive Officer of Hutchison Telecommunications from 2006 to 2014.
