Ms. Fiona Dawson has been the Chairman of the company since 2026. Currently, she is a Non-Executive Director of Marks and Spencer Group plc and Reckitt Benckiser Group plc. She is a board member of The Social Mobility Foundation and the Chartered Management Institute.

Mr. Edmond Scanlon has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since October 2017. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific of the company. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Finance, Supply Chain and Operations at Kerry’s Global Flavours Division from 2004 to 2007. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions of the company’s Americas region. He also served as the President of Kerry China and Global President of Functional Ingredients and Actives.

Ms. Marguerite Larkin has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as a senior partner at Deloitte and served in various leadership roles at Deloitte Ireland. Ms. Larkin has more than 25 years global experience.

Mr. Alan Barrett serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company's APMEA division. Previously, he served as the Vice President and General Manager for Kerry China. He worked across a range of areas within the company, including Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and General Management in Europe, APMEA, and North America.

Mr. Gavin Caplis has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2020. Currently, he also serves as Director of Kerry Dairy Ireland. Prior to this, he worked as a Financial Controller in Global Energy Services. He also worked as a Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions of the Kerry M&A pipeline in North and South America. Previously, he served as Head of M&A at Kerry Group.
