Mr. Tom Moran has been the Chairman of the company since April 2022. He serves as the Board member of An Bord Bia. He serves as Vice Chairman of the Origin Green Global Sustainability Council. He joined the Board in September 2015.

Mr. Edmond Scanlon has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since October 2017. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Asia Pacific of the company. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Finance, Supply Chain and Operations at Kerry’s Global Flavours Division. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions of the company’s Americas region. He also served as the President of Kerry China.

Ms. Marguerite Larkin has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, she served as a senior partner at Deloitte and served in various leadership roles at Deloitte Ireland. Ms. Larkin has more than 25 years global experience.

Mr. Alan Barrett is the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he held various positions as Vice President and General Manager at Kerry China. He also served Chief Operating Officer of APMEA division of the company. Earlier he served as the Vice President and General Manager for Kerry China. He worked across a range of areas within the company, including Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and General Management in Europe, APMEA and North America. Mr. Barrett joined Kerry in 2000.

Mr. Gavin Caplis has been the Chief Strategy Officer of the company since 2020. He joined Kerry in 1999. Previously, he worked as Financial Controller in Global Energy Services. He also worked as a Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions of the Kerry M&A pipeline in North and South America.
