Ms. Sarah E. Nash has been the Chairman of the company since February 2022. Previously, she served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer from May 2022 to November 2022. Prior to this, she served as Executive Chairman, she served as Chair of the Board between May 2020 and February 2022. She also served as Chief Executive Officer and owner of privately held Novagard Solutions, an innovator and manufacturer of silicone sealants and coatings and hybrid and foam solutions for the Building Systems, Electronics, EV and Battery and Industrial and Transportation markets.

Mr. Daniel Heaf has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer at Nike. He also served as Senior Vice President of Digital, Digital Marketing, Customer Service & Data at Burberry.

Ms. Eva C. Boratto has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Chief Financial Officer of Opentrons Labworks. Prior to this she served as a Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CVS Health Corp. Previously she served various leadership roles at Merck & Co.

Mr. Michael C. Wu has been the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of the company since May 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Madewell. Prior to this, he served as the General Counsel at Carter, Rosetta Stone, and Teleglobe. Mr. Wue serves on the advisory boards of the Georgetown Law Corporate Counsel Institute and the Asian American Bar Association of New York.

Mr. Tom Mazurek Chief Supply Chain and Logistics Officer since May 2022. Previously, he held several operational positions at Hasbro and Mattel. He joined the company in 2000.
