Ms. Sarah E. Nash has been the Chairman of the company since February 2022. Previously, she served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer from May 2022 to November 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Vice Chairman of Investment Banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co. She also worked as a Director of Knoll, Inc from 2006 to 2021. Currently, she serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Novagard Solutions. Ms. Nash also serves as a Director of Blackbaud Inc, HBD Industries, Inc. and Irving Oil Company.

Ms. Gina Boswell has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2022. Previously, Ms. Boswell served as a Director of ACCO Brands Corporation, from March 2022 to December 2022; Wolverine World Wide, Inc. from 2013 to 2022; and ManpowerGroup Inc. from 2007 to 2022. Prior to this, she held senior executive position including President of US Customer Development from 2017 to 2019; General Manager of U.K. and Ireland from 2015 to 2017; and Executive Vice President of Personal Care from 2011 2015 at Unilever Plc. She also worked as the President of Global Brands at Alberto Culver Company from 2008 to 2011, Chief Operating Officer of Avon North America and held senior positions at Ford Motor Company and The Estee Lauder Companies Inc.

Ms. Eva C. Boratto has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Chief Financial Officer of Labworks. Prior to this she served as a Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CVS Health Corp. Previously she served various leadership roles at Merck & Co.

Mr. Michael C. Wu has been the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Madewell from 2019 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as the General Counsel at Carter from 2014 to 2019, Rosetta Stone from 2006 to 2014, and Teleglobe from 2003 to 2006. Mr. Wue serves on the advisory boards of the Georgetown Law Corporate Counsel Institute and the Asian American Bar Association of New York.

Ms. Deon N. Riley has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2020. Previously, she served as the Group Senior Vice President of Human Resources, Culture, Diversity and Inclusion at Ross Stores. Prior to this, she served as the HR business partner in several organizations across the consumer goods, retail and manufacturing sectors. Earlier, she served at United Technologies Corporation, PepsiCo and Abercrombie & Fitch.
