Mr. Pierre-Paul Lassonde has been the Chairman of the company since 1973. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company in 1999.

Ms. Nathalie Lassonde has been the Chief Executive officer and Vice Chairman of the company since May 2019. Prior to this, she was an assistant to the Chairman and Vice President of the company since from 2008 to 2014. Previously, she was the Administrative Director and Senior Human Resources Advisor. Earlier, she worked as an Investor Advisor for National Bank Financial.

Mr. Eric Gemme has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Lassonde Pappas and Company and Chief Operating Officer of Apple & Eve, LLC. Previously, he Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Services at BBA Inc. Earlier, he also served as the Vice President Finance & Control at Future Electronics Inc and as the Vice President of Finance at the Avionics & Surveillance division of Cobham plc. Earlier, Mr. Gemme also held various senior level positions at CAE Inc, Cognicase Inc, and PwC.

Mr. Vincent R. Timpano has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company since October 2021. Currently, he also serves as the board of advisors for the Napoleon Group of Companies. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Lassonde Pappas and Company Inc. Previously, Mr. Timpano held various executive roles, including President of Global Coalitions at Aimia Inc., President of Coca-Cola Canada and President and Chief Executive Officer of The Minute Maid Company Canada. Earlier, he has served on numerous boards, including as Chairperson, with United Way Toronto.

Ms. Caroline Lemoine has been the Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2005. Prior to joining Lassonde, she worked in sales and practiced business law.
