Mr. Eugenio PacelliMattar has been the Chairman of the company. He also works as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Localiza Fleet SA. He has been the Director of the company’s board since 1995. Mr. Mattar also serves as the Vice-President of all of the Brazilian subsidiaries of the company. He is one of the founding partners of the company.

Mr. Bruno Sebastian Lasansky has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company. Prior to this, he was the partner at Bain & Company, serving on operational improvement, strategy and M&A projects for national and international groups. Before that he served as the Executive Director of the Car Rental Division and then as Chief Operating Officer in 2016 at Localiza Rent a Car SA.

Mr. Rodrigo Tavares Goncalves de Sousa has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Investor Relations Officer of the company. Prior to this he served at the strategy consulting firms Booz Allen Hamilton and Mckinsey & Company in Brazil and abroad and was the Director of new business for the Private Equity Patria fund.

Ms. Suzana Fagundes has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since 2019. Currently, she is also an advisor to the Brazilian chapter of Transparency International. Before that she served for 13 years as the vice president of HR, Legal, Institutional Relations, Sustainability & Compliance at ArcelorMittal Brasil.
