Mr. Patrick Yong Mian Thong has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Yokohama Industries Berhad from 2010 to 2015. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer of Tai Kwang Yokohama Industries Berhad; Managing Director of Sulfarid Technologies; and an Engineer at the National Electricity Board of Malaysia.

Mr. Lam Hoi Khong has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Tien Wah Press Holdings Berhad from 2017 to 2018. He also served as the General Manager of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of PTB between 2003 and 2017. Previously, he served as the Finance Manager and Group Financial Controller at Oriental Holdings Berhad and Winnerpac Group.

Mr. Raveentiran Krishnan has been the Chief Operating Officer of Smelting division of the company since 2014. Prior to this, he served as the Works Manager and Production Manager from 2005 to 2007. Prior to this, Mr. Krishnan served as the Head of Metallurgy Department at PT Koba Tin the then subsidiary of MSC. Prior to this, he served as the Safety & Environment Engineer and Research & Development Manager of the company.

Mr. Nicolas Chen Seong Lee has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Administration in the company. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of Chief Executive Officer’s Office. Prior to this, Mr. Lee worked in an agro based company involved in farming and exporting a Malaysian produced fruit and downstream products from 2010 to 2017. He worked in KPMG Tax Services Sdn. Bhd from 2002 to 2010, where he held several roles and responsibilities in Tax department. Mr. Lee served in the Structured Finance, Corporate Banking division of Affin Merchant Bank from 2000 to 2002.

Ms. Chew Gek Khim has been the Chairman of Board of Directors of the company since 2016. Prior to this, she served as the Chairman of the National Environment Agency Board of Singapore from 2008 to 2015. She also served as a Director of CapitaLand Retail China Trust and a board member of the Singapore Totalisator Board. Currently, she serves as the Chairman of Tecity Group, ARA Trust Management (Suntec) Ltd; and a Director of ARA Asset Management Holdings Pte Ltd, and Singapore Exchange Ltd.
