Mr. Gabriel Juan Escarrer Jaume has been the Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of the company since 2016. Previously, he served at Salomon Brothers in New York. Earlier, he worked as an Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2009.

Mr. Angel Luis Rodriguez Mendizabal has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Vice President of Joint Ventures and Portfolio Management in the Real Estate Area at Melia Hotels International SA.

Mr. Andre P. Gerondeau has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice-President of Hotels in Spain from 2007 to 2016. Mr. Gerondeau joined the company in 1997 and served as the Regional Director of France and Belgium and as Senior Vice-President of North America and the Caribbean.

Mr. Gabriel Canaves has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resource and of the company. He also served as a Director of Industrial Relations, Human Resources and the Cuba Division of the company.

Mr. Mark Maurice Hoddinott has been the Chief Real Estate Officer of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of the new Real Estate from 2011 to 2016. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Hospitality Business Services from 2007 to 2011.
