Mr. Paul Salem has been the Chairman of the company since March 2020. Previously, he served as a Director at Eircom, Asurion, Grupo TorreSur, Madison River Telecom, MetroNet, PanAmSat, Verio, Tele1 Europe, Wired Magazine and several other Providence investments. Prior to joining Providence, Mr. Salem served for Morgan Stanley in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Earlier, he spent four years with Prudential Investment Corp.

Mr. Bill Hornbuckle has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of the company since March 2020.Prior to this, he served as the Acting Chief Executive Officer and President at the company. Previously, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and Chief Customer Development Officer at the company. Earlier he served as a Director at PLAYSTUDIOS, Inc.

Mr. Jonathan S. Halkyard has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company since January 2021. Prior to this role, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Extended Stay America, Inc. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer at Extended Stay America. Mr. Halkyard served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NV Energy from 2012 to 2013. Earlier, he served at Caesars Entertainment for about 13 years in various positions including Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, and Treasurer.

Mr. Corey I. Sanders serves as Chief Operating Officer at the company since December 2020 Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company from 2019 to 2021. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from September 2010 to February 2019 and as the Chief Operating Officer for the Company’s Core Brand and Regional Properties from August 2009 to September 2010. He also served Executive Vice President of Operations from August 2007 to August 2009 and Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer for MGM Grand Resorts from April 2005 to August 2007.

Ms. Jyoti Chopra has been a Senior Vice President and Chief People, Inclusion and Sustainability Officer at MGM Resorts International since 2019. Prior to this, she was a Senior Vice President of Global Diversity & Inclusion and HR Operations and Transformation at Pearson Plc. Ms. Chopra also served as the Chief Diversity Officer and Managing Director of Global Citizenship and Sustainability at BNY Mellon.
