Mr. Dale B. Wolf has been the Chairman of the company since 2017. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of One Call Care Management from 2016 to 2019. Prior to this, he worked as the Chairman of One Call Care Management from 2015 to 2016. Earlier, he worked as the President and Chief Executive Officer of DBW Healthcare, Inc. Mr. Wolf served as the Chairman of Correctional Healthcare Companies, Inc, Chief Executive Officer of Coventry Health Care, Inc and Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer of Coventry Health Care, Inc. Earlier, he served as a Director of Correctional Healthcare Companies Inc from 2012 to 2014, Coventry Healthcare Inc from 2005 to 2009 and Catalyst Health Solutions Inc from 2003 to 2012.

Mr. Joseph M. Zubretsky has been the Chief Executive Office, President and Director of the company since November 2017. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Office for Hanover Insurance Group Inc. Previously, Mr. Zubretsky served at the helm of a group of healthcare services and information technology companies under health insurer Aetna Inc.

Mr. Mark L. Keim has been the Chief Financial Officer at the company since February 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning, Corporate Development and Transformation at the company.

Mr. Jeff D. Barlow has been the Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he served as Vice-President, Assistant Corporate Secretary, and Associate General Counsel of the company since 2004. Mr. Barlow has over 25 years of legal experience, including counselling clients regarding corporate governance, federal securities laws, litigation, mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of California State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, Arizona State Bar Association, the American Academy for the Advancement of Science and the American Health Lawyers Association.

Mr. Tim Gutshall has been the Chief Medical Officer of the company since April 2022. He practiced medicine for 26 years in Iowa as a Family and Emergency Medicine Physician.
