Mr. Dirk Van de Put has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Executive officer from 2011 to 2017 and the Chief Operating Officer from 2010 to 2011 at McCain Food Limited. Prior to this, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Global Over-the-Counter of Consumer Health Division at Novartis AG from 2009 to 2010. Mr. Van de Put also held various leadership positions including Executive Vice President, Fresh Dairy and Waters, Americas, and Executive Vice President, Fresh Dairy and Waters, Latin America at Danone SA from 1998 to 2009. He also worked as the President of Coca-Cola Caribbean, and Vice President of Value Chain Management, Coca-Cola Brazil with Coca-Cola from 1997 to 1998. Earlier, Mr. Put served as the General Manager, President of Southern Cone Region, South America and Vice President of Marketing, Latin America at Mars, Inc from 1986 to 1997.

Mr. Luca Zaramella has been the Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Vice President of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the company from 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Lead Finance North America from 2017 to 2018, Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller from 2014 to 2016 and Senior Vice President, Finance of Mondelez Europe from 2011 to 2014 of the company.

Ms. Stephanie Lilak has been the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer of the company since January 2024. Previously, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Bumble, Inc. Ms. Lilak served as an independent board member at First Watch Restaurants.

Ms. Paulette Alviti will retire on April 1, 2024.

Mr. Martin Renaud has been the Chief Marketing and Sales Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the President of Fresh Dairy Europe and as Vice President of Danone Waters Asia Pacific at Danone.
