Mr. Will Serle has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he also served as the Chief People Officer at Capita plc. Previously, he also worked as the Chief People Officer at Amec Foster Wheeler. Mr. Serle also held various position related to engineering and project management sector, supporting clients in the Oil and Gas, Mining, Nuclear and Renewables industry.
