Ms. Paula Rosput Reynolds has been the Chairman of the company since May 2021. Prior to this, she also serves as Director of General Electric, Senior Independent Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee at BP Plc, President and Chief Executive Officer of PreferWest LLC, and Chairman of Seattle Cancer Care Alliance.

Mr. John Pettigrew has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of National Grid since April 2016. He joined the Company in 1991 and served in different roles, including the Director of Engineering in the UK, Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Executive Vice President for the US Electricity Distribution & Generation business, COO for UK Gas Distribution and UK COO. Mr. Pettigrew is also a member of the Government’s Inclusive Economy Partnership and CBI’s Presidents Committee; and Director of Rentokil Initial plc.

Mr. Andy Agg has been the Director and Chief Financial Officer of National Grid since January 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Group Financial Controller, Tax and Treasury Director, Interim CFO of the company, CFO of its UK business between 2016 and 2019. Previously, Mr. Agg held various roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Ben Wilson is Chief Strategy and External Affairs Officer at National Grid Plc. Prior to joining National Grid, Ben was the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Gas Infrastructure Group (AGIG). Before AGIG, Ben was the Director of Strategy & Regulation and Chief Financial Officer of UK Power Networks, an electricity distribution business in the UK. Before moving into industry, Ben spent 15 years as an energy and utilities investment banker, working in Europe and Asia.

Mr. Will Serle is Chief People and Culture Officer at National Grid Plc. Prior to joining National Grid in April 2022, Will was Chief People Officer at Capita plc; a consulting and digital services business, employing over 60,000 colleagues in a variety of countries and servicing both corporate and government clients. Prior to that, he was Chief People Officer at Amec Foster Wheeler, a global engineering and project management company with over 40,000 colleagues in over 40 countries.
