Mr. Suresh Narayanan has been the Chairman and the Managing Director of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nestle Philippines. He also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nestle Egypt. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Director of Nestle Singapore Pte. Ltd from 2008 to 2010. Mr. Narayanan also served as the Head of sales for India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Nepal from 2005 to 2008. Earlier, he served as an Executive Director for Sales, Marketing and Food-Services of Nestle Indochina, from 2003 to 2005. He joined the company in 1999 as an Executive Vice President for Sales in India.

Ms. Svetlana Boldina has been the Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance and Control and a Director of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she worked in Nestle markets in Russia, Eastern Europe and Indonesia. Previously, she also served as the Head of Finance and Control of Nestle Indonesia.
