Mr. Reed Hastings has been the Chairman of the company since 1997. Previously, he served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer and President of the company from 1997 to 2023. He is the founder of Pure Software. He held various Boards of educational organizations such as KIPP, Pahara, CCSA, DreamBox Learning, and CCSA. Mr. Reed also worked at Facebook and Microsoft.

Mr. Ted Sarandos has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Content Officer of the company from 2000 to 2023. Previously, he served as an Executive at video distributor ETD and Video City/ West Coast Video.

Mr. Greg Peters has been the Co-Chief Executive Officer, and Director of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he held various senior-level positions of the company including the Chief Operating Officer from 2020 to 2023; and Chief Product Officer from 2017 to 2023. Previously, he served as an International Development Officer of the company. Mr. Peters also served as the Senior Vice President of Consumer Electronics Products at Macrovision Solutions Corp in 2008. He also held various positions at Mediabolic Inc, and Red Hat Network.

Mr. Spencer Neumann has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Activision Blizzard in 2017. Previously, Mr. Neumann served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Guest Experience at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts from 2012 to 2017. He also worked at the private equity firms of Providence Equity Partners and Summit Partners from 2005 to 2012. Earlier, he held various positions at Disney Executive Vice President of the ABC Television Network from 2001 to 2004 and Chief Financial Officer of the Walt Disney Internet Group from 1999 to 2001. He also worked as a Director of Make-A-Wish America.

Ms. Elizabeth Stone has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2023. She joined the company in 2020 and led the Data and Insights team, leveraging research, analytics, and data science to improve the user experience for subscribers. Prior to this, she led teams at Nuna and Lyft. She also worked in finance, both as a trader at Merrill Lynch and as an economist at Analysis Group.
