Mr. Andrew Koven has been the Chairman of the company since 2022, Previously, he served as the President and Chief Business Officer of Aralez Pharmaceuticals Inc from 2015 to 2019. Preceding this, he also served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of Auxilium Pharmaceuticals Inc from 2012 until 2015. Mr. Kovenalso served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative and Legal Officer of Inspire Pharmaceuticals Inc from 2010 until 2011. Prior to this, he served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Sepracor Inc from 2007 until 2010. Preceding that, he served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Kos Pharmaceuticals Inc from 2003 to 2006. Prior to that, he served as the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Lavipharm Corporation from 2000 to 2003 Mr. koven, began his career as an Assistant General Counsel and then as Associate General Counsel at Warner-Lambert Company from 1993 to 2000.

Mr. Hyung Heon Kim has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since August 2023. He also serves as a Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as a General Counsel and a Senior Vice President of Dong-A ST and Director of Dong-A ST from 2018 through 2020 and as Head of International Legal Affairs for Dong-A Socio Holdings Co., Ltd from 2012 to 2018.

Mr. Marshall Woodworth has been the Chief Financial Officer, Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer of the company 2024. Prior to this he served as Acting Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023.
