Mr. Robert Steele has been the Chairman of the company since May 2023. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of STEELE Consulting LLC. Prior to this, he also held various leadership positions at Procter & Gamble Company including Vice Chairman of Global Health and Well-being, Vice Chairman of Health Care, Group President Global Household Care, and Group President of North American Operations.

Mr. Christopher H. Peterson has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from December 2018 to January 2023. Previously, he also served as the President of Business Operations of the company from February 2020 to May 2022. Earlier, he served as an Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company from June 2019 to October 2019. Mr. Peterson served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Operations at Revlon Inc from April 2018 to August 2018, Chief Financial Officer from 2017 to 2018 and Chief Operating Officer of Operations from 2017 to 2017. Earlier, he held several senior management roles at Ralph Lauren Corporation.

Mr. Mark J. Erceg has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Cerner Corporation from 2021 to 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Tiffany & Company from 2016 to 2021. Earlier, he also served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Canadian Pacific Railway from 2015 to 2016 and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Masonite International from 2010 to 2015.

Mr. Dan Gustafson is the Chief Information Officer of the company. Prior to this, he held numerous IT roles within the company. He has more than 32 years of experience with the company and extensive IT knowledge in business applications, infrastructure/field operations, information delivery, and security.

Mr. Steve Nikolopoulos is the Chief Procurement Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Enterprise Procurement and Supply Chain for the company. Previously, he held various Supply Chain Management positions at Pitney Bowes Inc.
