Mr. John W. Ketchum has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since March 2022. Prior to this, he served as president of NextEra Energy Partners and President and Chief Executive Officer for NextEra Energy Resources. Mr. Ketchum also serves as the Chairman of the Florida Power & Light Company.

Mr. Michael Dunne has been the Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of NextEra Energy Inc since May 2025. Previously, he served as Treasurer and Assistant Secretary for NextEra Energy. Prior to this, Mr. Dunne served as Managing Director, Power and Renewables, Investment Banking for Bank of America

Mr. Petter Skantze is the Executive Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Development at NextEra Energy Resources, LLC. He was also the Vice President of corporate development and strategy for NextEra Energy. Mr. Skantze was also an investment banker in the power and utilities groups of Deutsche Bank and Bear Stearns.

Mr. Charles E. Sieving has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Environmental and Federal Regulatory Affairs Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Florida Power & Light Company. Mr. Sieving also held the position of general counsel and secretary at one of the largest publicly held competitive telecommunications companies and as a partner at Hogan & Hartson LLP.

Mr. Robert Coffey has been the Executive Vice President, Nuclear Division and Chief Nuclear Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served various positions such as Vice President of Nuclear, Regional Vice President of Southern Nuclear Operations; Site Vice President of Point Beach Nuclear Plant; Plant General Manager at St. Lucie Nuclear Plant. Mr. Coffey also held numerous management positions at Turkey Point Nuclear Plant.
