Mr. John Ketchum has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since March 2022. Previously, he served as president of NextEra Energy Partners and President and Chief Executive Officer for NextEra Energy Resources. He also serves as the Chairman of the Florida Power & Light Company.

Mr. Terrell Kirk Crews has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Vice President of business management. Prior to that, he also served as the Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the company.

Mr. Charles E. Sieving has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Environmental and Federal Regulatory Affairs Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President of Florida Power & Light Company. Prior to this, he also held the positon of general counsel and secretary at one of largest publicly held competitive telecommunications companies. Preceeding this, Mr. Sieving was a partner at Hogan & Hartson, L.L.P.

Mr. Robert Coffey has been the Chief Nuclear Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Previously, he served various positions such as vice president of nuclear, regional vice president of Southern Nuclear Operations; site vice president of Point Beach Nuclear Plant; plant general manager at St. Lucie Nuclear Plant; and numerous management positions at Turkey Point Nuclear Plant.
