Mr. John W. Ketchum has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since March 2022. Prior to this, he served as president of NextEra Energy Partners and President and Chief Executive Officer for NextEra Energy Resources. Mr. Ketchum also serves as the Chairman of the Florida Power & Light Company.

Mr. Michael Dunne has been the Executive Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of NextEra Energy Inc since May 2025. Previously, he served as Treasurer and Assistant Secretary for NextEra Energy. Prior to this, Mr. Dunne served as Managing Director, Power and Renewables, Investment Banking for Bank of America

Mr. Terrell Kirk Crews has been the Chief Risk Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since May 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance at the company. Mr. Crews also served as the Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the company.

Mr. Charles E. Sieving has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Environmental and Federal Regulatory Affairs Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Florida Power & Light Company. Mr. Sieving also held the position of general counsel and secretary at one of the largest publicly held competitive telecommunications companies and as a partner at Hogan & Hartson LLP.

Mr. Robert Coffey has been the Chief Nuclear Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served in various positions such as vice president of nuclear, regional vice president of Southern Nuclear Operations; site vice president of Point Beach Nuclear Plant; and plant general manager at St. Lucie Nuclear Plant.
