Mr. H. Michael Krimbill has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of general partner since October 2010. Prior to this, served as the Director, General Partner, President, and Chief Financial Officer of Energy Transfer Partners LP between 2000 and January 2007. Mr. Krimbill also served as the Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Heritage Propane Partners LP between 1990 and 2004.

Mr. Bradley P. Cooper has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since January 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of the company. Mr. Cooper also served as the Vice President of Finance and Treasurer at WPX Energy Inc.

Mr. Lawrence J. Thuillier has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since January 2016. Prior to this, he held various roles at Eagle Rock Energy Partners LP from December 2007 to October 2015, including the Vice President of Financial Reporting and Corporate Controller. Mr. Thuillier served as the Assistant Corporate Controller for Exterran Holdings Inc from November 2006 to November 2007; and held various roles at Deloitte & Touche LLP, most recently as Audit Senior Manager.

Ms. Jennifer L. Kingham has been the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since March 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of the company from February 2018 to March 2024. Ms. Kingham also served as the Chief Information Officer and held Information Technology Audit Management positions at a professional advisory firm.
