Mr. David Kostman has been the Chairman of the company since February 2013. He has been a Director of the company since 2001. Mr. Arun Chandra has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since December 2025. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President of Customer Experience of Disney. Previously, Mr. Chandra served as a Vice President of Scaled Operations of Meta. He served as a Senior Vice President of Global Operations of Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He served as the Executive Chairman of a joint venture of Hewlett Packard Enterprise. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of SumTotal Systems. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of NorthPlains Systems. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of iPolicy Networks.

Mr. Craig Costigan has been the Chief Executive Officer of NICE Actimize since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the President at Capital Markets And Credit of Fidelity National Information Services Inc from 2016 to 2018. Previously, Mr. Costigan served as the President of the Risk, Compliance and Global Securities Business at SunGard.
