Mr. David Kostman has been the Chairman of the company since February 2013. He has been a Director of the company since 2001. He is currently serving as co-Chief Executive Officer and board member of Outbrain, Inc and Director at Unity Inc and Tivit S.A. Previously, Mr. Kostman served as the Director at Retalix Ltd. From 2006 to 2008. He served as the Managing Director of investment banking division at Lehman Brother from 2006 to 2008. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and then Chief Executive Officer at Delta Galil USA. Earlier, he served as the President of the International Division and Chief Operating Officer at VerticalNet Inc. He worked in the investment banking divisions of Lehman Brothers and NM Rothschild & Sons from 1992 to 1993.

Mr. Barak Eilam has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2014. He was the President of American division from July 2012 to March 2014. Previously, he held the position of Head of sales and the General Manager of the Enterprise Group in the Americas. He established and served as the General Manager of the NICE Interaction Analytics Global Business Unit. Prior to this, he served as a head of elite intelligence unit in the Israeli defense force.

Ms. Beth Gaspich has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2016. She joined the company as Chief Financial Officer of the Financial Crime and Compliance division at NICE in September 2011. Prior to this, she, served as the Chief Financial Officer for Archive Systems, Inc. She also served as VP of Finance at RiskMetrics Group, Inc. Earlier, Ms. Gaspich held several senior positions at large global financial institutions, including JP Morgan and Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Craig Costigan has been the Chief Executive Officer of Nice Actimize since 2018. Prior to this, he worked as President at FIS of Capital Markets & Credit.
