Mr. David Kenny has been the Chairman of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Cognitive Solutions at IBM. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive and Chairman of The Weather Company. Mr. David served as the Managing Partner of VivaKi, a media company; President of Akamai, a cloud platform technology company; and co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Digitas, Inc. Currently, Mr. David serves on the Board of Directors for Best Buy and Teach for America.

Mr. Karthik Rao has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2021 to 2023. Prior to this, he served in a variety of leadership roles for the company. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Global Media from 2020 to 2021, and as the Chief Product and Technology Officer of Global Media. He served as the President of Nielsen Portfolio. Earlier, he served as President, Expanded Verticals, and led the teams serving the company’s advertiser and agency clients. Mr. Rao was Executive Vice President of Digital Enablement.

Mr. Warren Jenson has been the Chief Financial Officer and President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Amazon, Delta Airlines, NBC, and Electronic Arts. Previously, she served as President, Chief Financial Officer, and Executive Managing Director of International at LiveRamp.

Ms. Carole Robinson has been the Chief Communications Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she served as Chief Communications Officer at Buzzfeed Inc. Previously, she served as Communications Consultant at First Look Media.

Ms. Sandra Sims-Williams has been the Chief Diversity Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, she served as Senior Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the company. Ms. Williams joined the company in January 2020.
