Mr. Timo Ihamuotila has been the Chairman of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Group Executive Committee at ABB Ltd since from 2017 to January 2026. Previously, he served in several leadership roles at Nokia, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2009 to 2016; a member from 2007 to 2016; and Interim President between September 2013 and May 2014. Earlier, he was appointed in the company as the Executive Vice President for Sales and Markets from 2008 to 2009 and Sales and Portfolio Management, Mobile Phones. He also served as the Senior Vice President of CDMA Business Unit at Nokia from 2004 to 2007.

Mr. Justin Hotard has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since April 2025. He also serves as the interim President of Mobile Infrastructure of Nokia. Previously, he served in several leadership roles, including Executive Vice President and General Manager, High-Performance Computing, AI & Labs at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2015 to 2024. Previously, he served in several leadership positions at NCR Corporation, including President and General Manager, Global Small Business Cloud Platform from 2013 to 2014; Vice President, Corporate Development from 2012 to 2013; Vice President and General Manager, NCR Entertainment from 2010 to 2012; and Senior Director, Mergers & Acquisitions from 2007 to 2010. He also served in various leadership position at Symbol Technologies, including as the Director, Product Management from 2005 to 2007 and Senior Manager, Corporate Development from 2003 to 2005. He also worked as a business development analyst at Surface Logix from 2002 to 2003. Earlier, he worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Motorola Inc from 1996 to 2000.

Mr. Marco Wiren has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the President of Wartsila Energy and Executive Vice President of Wartsila Group from 2018 to 2020. Mr. Wiren also served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Wartsila Group from 2013 to 2018, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of SSAB Group from 2008 to 2013, Vice President of Business Control of SSAB Group from 2007 to 2008. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer from 2006 to 2007, Vice President of Business development from 2004 to 2005, Head of Service Division from 2003 to 2004 and Vice President of Corporate Development from 2002 to 2003 at Eltel Networks. Earlier, he held various positions including Vice President of Strategy & Business Development from 1999 to 2002, Head of Strategic Planning from 1998 to 1999 and Group Controller at NCC Group from 1996 to 1998.

Ms Pallavi Mahajan has been the Chief Technology and AI Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, she served as the Corporate Vice President and General Manager of Data Center and Artificial Intelligence Software at Intel from 2024 to 2025. She served as the Vice President and General Manager, Network and Edge Group of Intel from 2022 to 2024. She also served as Vice President, Solutions Engineering & Customer Experience, High Performance Compute from 2021 to 2022; and Vice President, Head of Software Engineering for Compute at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from 2020–2021. Earlier, Ms Mahajan served in several leadership position at Juniper Networks, including Vice President Engineering from 2016 to 2019; and other senior positions from 2003 to 2016. He also worked as the Technical Lead at BayPackets from 2001 to 2003. Earlier, he served as Research Engineer, Centre for Development of Telematics from 1998 to 2001.

Ms. Louise Fisk has been the Chief Communications Officer of the company since October 2024. Previously, she served as the Communications and Marketing Director at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence from 2015 to 2019. Prior to this, she served as the Head of Global Communications, Investor Relations and Marketing at Innovation Group from 2012 to 2015. She also served as the Global PR Director & Deputy Communications Director at Logica from 2006 to 2012. Earlier, she served as a Partner at LEWIS Communications from 1999 to 2006.
