Mr. Richard J. Nigon has been the Chairman of NTIC since 2012. He is serving as the Senior Vice President of Cedar Point Capital. He was a Director of Equity Corporate Finance for Miller Johnson Steichen Kinnard from 2001 to 2007. Mr. Nigon served as the Chief Financial Officer of Dantis, Inc. from February 2000 to February 2001. Prior to joining Dantis, Mr. Nigon worked in Ernst & Young, LLP from 1970 to 2000.

Mr. G. Patrick Lynch has been the President, the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of NTIC since January 2006. He joined NTIC in the year 1995 and became a Director in February 2004, later in July 2005 he was promoted to the designation of the President. In addition, he was the President of North American Operations of NTIC from May 2004 to July 2005. He held many top level positions in NTIC, which includes the Vice President of Strategic Planning, the Corporate Secretary and the Project Manager. Additionally, he is the Officer and a Director of Inter Alia Holding Company. Prior to joining NTIC, Mr. Lynch served Fuji Electric Co., Ltd. in Tokyo, Japan, and BMW AG in Munich, Germany.

Mr. Matthew C. Wolsfeld has been the Chief Financial Officer and the Corporate Secretary of the company since 2004. He joined the company in February 2001 and has been the Chief Financial Officer since November 2001 and Corporate Secretary since November 2004. He was the Controller of the company from May 2001 through November 2001. Prior to joining NTIC, he held an auditing position at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Minneapolis, Minnesota from 1997 to 2001.
