Nova Ltd: Executives

Mr. Eitan Oppenhaim has been the Chairman of the company since February 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company from 2013 to 2023. Mr. Eitan also served as the Executive Vice President of Global Business Group. From 2009 to 2010, he served as the Vice President and Europe General Manager of Alvarion Ltd. Mr. Oppenhaim also served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of OptimalTest Ltd. From 2002 to 2006, he served as the Vice President of Business Manager of the Flat Panel Displays division at Orbotech Ltd. From 2001 to 2002, he served as the Managing Director of Asia Pacific at TTI Telecom International. Mr. Oppenhaim also served at Comverse Network Systems Ltd.

Mr. Gabriel Waisman has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since February 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Business Officer of the company. Prior to this, Mr. Waisman served as the President at Orbotech West (Orbotech Inc., USA) from May 2011 to July 2013 and President at Orbotech Pacific (Orbotech LTD, Hong Kong) from August 2013 to April 2016. He also served as the Strategic Marketing Director at EMEA, and Vice President of Strategic Accounts, General Manager of Western Europe and Managing Director of Asia-Pacific at Alvarion. Mr. Waisman also served as EMEA Regional Sales and Marketing Director (Broadband Division) at Comverse.

Mr. Dror David has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2005. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Resources and Controller of the company. Prior to joining Nova, Mr. David served in public accounting with Deloitte Touch in Tel Aviv.

Mr. Gabi Sharon serves as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Nova, Mr. Sharon served as the Marketing Project Manager at ECI Telecom.

Mr. Shay Wolfling has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as a Research and Development Manager at KLA-Tencor-Belgium. He also served as a founder and Vice President of Research and Development at Nano-Or-Technologies.
