Mr. James T. Hackett has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chairman of the Board at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Previously, he served as the Executive Chairman at Alta Mesa Resources, Inc. He also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Anadarko Petroleum Corporation.

Mr. John L. Hopkins serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of NuScale. He has been serving as Chief Executive Officer and Director, since 2012. Prior to this, he served in various senior management positions in Flour Corp. Mr. Hopkins began his career at Flour Corp in 1989.

Mr. Robert Ramsey Hamady has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Equify Financial. Previously, Mr. Hamady served as the Director, Finance and Investments of HG Global.

Mr. Carl Fisher has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2023. He served as Vice President of Instrumentation & Control in North America. Prior to that, he led various Framatome business lines. He was with Duke Energy International in Hong Kong, where he managed energy commercial development efforts.

Dr. Jose N. Reyes has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company, since 2007. He is the Co-Founder of NuScale Power and Co-Designer of the NuScale passively-cooled Small Nuclear Reactor. Dr. Reyes served as a United Nations International Atomic Energy Agency technical expert on passive safety systems. He holds Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Maryland and a B.S. degree in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Florida.
