Including the transportation of refined petroleum products, crude oil, and anhydrous ammonia. It operates an extensive pipeline network across the states of Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Iowa, Colorado, New Mexico, Kansas, South Dakota, Indiana, and Minnesota. Pipeline systems include the Central West System, East Pipeline, North Pipeline, and the Ammonia Pipeline. Central West System supports shale oil production and the refineries, including Valero Energy’s McKee, Three Rivers, and Ardmore refineries. The system transports gasoline, and distillates including diesel and jet fuel, natural gas liquids, and other products produced at the refineries. East Pipeline transports refined products and natural gas liquids north in pipelines to NuStar Energy and third-party terminals along the system and to receiving pipeline connections in Kansas. North Pipeline originates at Andeavor’s Mandan, North Dakota refinery and runs from west to east to its termination in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area. Ammonia Pipeline originates in the Louisiana delta area, where it connects to three third-party marine terminals and three anhydrous ammonia plants on the Mississippi River. Customers include integrated oil companies, refining companies, and others. In FY2023, the segment's capital expenditure of US$100.7 million, which grew 11.4% YoY.

Overview
It is composed of facilities that provide storage, handling, and other services on a fee basis for refined products, crude oil, specialty chemicals, renewable fuels, and other liquids. It operates terminal and storage facilities in Central West Terminals, West Coast Terminals, and Gulf Coast Terminals. It also owns crude oil storage tanks that are physically integrated with and serve refineries owned by Valero Energy at Corpus Christi and Texas City, Texas, and Benicia, California. It refinery storage tanks to Valero Energy in exchange for a fixed fee. Its terminals also provide blending, additive injections, handling, and filtering services. Customers include producers of crude oil, integrated oil companies, chemical companies, oil traders, and refiners. In FY2023, the segment's capital expenditure stood at US$43.6 million, which decreased 7.7% YoY.
