Mr. Barron has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. Prior to this he served as a Chief Executive Officer, the President and a Director of NuStar GP, LLC from January 2014 to 2022. He served as the Executive Vice President and the General Counsel of the company Between February 2012 and January 2014. From April 2007 to February 2012, he served as the Senior Vice President and the General Counsel of the company. Mr. Barron also served as the Secretary of NuStar from April 2007 to February 2009. He served as the Vice President, the General Counsel and the Secretary of NuStar between January 2006 and April 2007 and as the Vice President, the General Counsel and the Secretary of NuStar from March 2006 until April 2007. He joined in NuStar in July 2003 and prior to that, was with Valero Energy from January 2001 to July 2003.

Mr. Thomas R. Shoaf has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of NuStar GP, LLC since 2013. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and Controller of NuStar GP, LLC and NuStar GP Holdings. He served as Vice President - structured finance for Valero Corporate Services Company, a subsidiary of Valero Energy.

Ms. Mary Rose Brown has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of NuStar GP, LLC since April 2013. Prior to this, she served as Executive Vice President - Administration from February 2012. Ms. Brown served as Senior Vice President - Administration from April 2008 through February 2012. She served as Senior Vice President - Corporate Communications from April 2007 through April 2008. Prior to her service to joining NuStar, Ms. Brown served as Senior Vice President - Corporate Communications for Valero Energy from September 1997 to April 2007.
