Mr. Marshall S. Millwood has been the chairman of the company since March 2022. Previously, he served as the Director of the company. Currently, Mr. Millwood also serves as Owner and Operator of Marjomil Inc since 1998 and a Director of Sawnee Electric Membership Corp.

Ms. Annalisa M. Bloodworth has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since February 2025. Previously, she was the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of the company.

Ms. Elizabeth B. Higgins has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since October 2008. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President of Finance & Planning of the company from July 2003 to July 2004, Vice President with various responsibilities including strategic planning, rates, analysis, and member relations from September 2000 to July 2003; Vice President and Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of the company from October 1999 to September 2000 and served in other capacities within the company from April 1997 to September 1999. Previously, Ms. Higgins served as the Project Manager at Southern Engineering from October 1995 to April 1997, as Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche, LLP from April 1995 to October 1995, and as Senior Consultant at Energy Management Associates from June 1991 to April 1995.

Mr. Rich Wallen has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since March 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager at Grant County Public Utility District. Prior to this, Mr. Rich Wallen served in held leadership roles at Oglethorpe Power, including Plant Manager of the Thomas A. Smith Energy Facility and Combustion Turbine (CT) Fleet Manager.
