Ormat Technologies Inc: Executives

Mr. Isaac Angel has been the Chairman of company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as a Chief Executive Officer of Ormat. Mr. Angel also served as the Director of Retalix Ltd. from 2012 until it was acquired in 2013. He also served as the Executive Chairman of LeadCom Integrated Solutions Ltd. from 2008 to 2009, Executive Vice President, Global Operations of VeriFone from 2006 to 2008. Mr. Angel also held various positions at Lipman Electronic Engineering Ltd. such as the President and the Chief Executive Officer, from February 1999 to November 2006.

Mr. Doron Blachar has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Ormat. Mr. Blachar also served as the Vice President – Finance of Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd from 2005 to 2009 and served in various executive positions in Finance at Amdocs Limited in Finance from 2002 to 2005.

Mr. Assi Ginzburg has been the Chief Financial Officer of Ormat since 2020. Prior to this, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Delek US Holdings, Inc. Mr. Ginzburg has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry.

Ms. Jessica Woelfel has been the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel of Ormat since 2021. Prior to this, she was the Vice President, U.S. Legal for Ormat’s business in the United States, Inc from 2019 to 2021. Ms. Woelfel has over 20 years of experience in the energy industry.

Mr. Shlomi Argas has been the President and Head Operations and Products since 2021. Prior to this, he was the Executive Vice President of Operations and Products of the company. Mr. Argas also served as the Manager of the REG Projects Group.
