Dr. Evan Loh has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Paratek since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company between 2017 and 2019. Mr. Loh also served as the President and Chief Medical Officer of the company from June 2014 to June 2019. Before this Dr. Loh served as the Senior Vice President, Development and Strategic Operations at Pfizer Inc from January 2007 to October 2009.

Mr. Christopher Bostrom has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he led the finance function, investor relations, capital restructuring and fundraising efforts for the company.

Ms. Karen Mcgrath is the Chief People Officer of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Endo Pharmaceuticals. Previously, she held various positions at Centocor Inc and Wyeth.

Mr. Jonathan Light has been the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the company. Previously, he served as an Executive Counsel at Teva Pharmaceuticals. Previously, he served as the counsel of the GI business unit at Shire Pharmaceuticals and also served as a trusted outside counsel at Morgan Lewis.

Mr. Adam Woodrow has been the Chief Commercial Officer and President of Paratek since 2019. Previously he served at Pfizer in various positions. Prior to Paratek, he worked as the Vice President and Global Business Manager at Wyeth Pharmaceuticals. Earlier, he served at Bayer Pharmaceuticals. Mr. Woodrow has worked with several non-profit societies and organizations such as the Hemophilia Society, the Primary Immune Deficiency Society, the Prostate Cancer Support Association and has served on the board of the New York Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation.
