Ms. Carey A. Smith has been the Chairwomen, Chief Executive Officer, and President of the company since April 2022. Previously, she served as the Chief Operating Officer, President and President of our Federal Solutions of the company. Prior to this, she served as the President of defense and space business unit of Honeywell and Lockheed Martin. Presently, she serves as Directors at Edison International, where she previously served as Chairwomen at the Saudi-Arabia Parsons Ltd (SAPL).

Mr. Matthew Ofilo has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of Finance at Parsons. Previously, he also served at Amazon Web Services. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer for the Space and Command & Control businesses for the Intelligence, Information and Services segment at Raytheon.

Mr. Ricardo Lorenzo has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company. He also manage offices of the Chief Information Officer, Chief Security Information Office, S-WORX, and the Parsons Fellows.

Mr. Michael R. Kolloway has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company since January 2019. Previously, he served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy General Counsel for Americas of the company from March 2016 to October 2017. Earlier, Mr. Kolloway served as the Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel for Operations and Risk Management at AECOM.

Mr. Jason Yaley has been the Chief Communications Officer of the company. Previously, he led communications programming inside the U.S. Department of Defense, the Aerospace Industries Association, and in organizations across the aerospace and defense sector.
