Mr. Barry McCarthy has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company Since February 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Spotify from 2015 to 2020. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Netflix 1999 to 2010. Mr. B McCarthy also held several leadership positions in investment banking, management consulting, and media and entertainment. He also served on the boards of directors of Instacart, Spotify, MSD Acquisition Corp, Chegg, Pandora, Eventbrite, and Rent the Runway and as a Consultant at Technology Crossover Ventures.

Ms. Dalana Brand has been the Chief People Officer of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief People and Diversity Officer at Twitter. Previously, she served as the Vice President of People Experience and Head of Inclusion & Diversity of the company. Before that, she served as the Vice President of Total Rewards for Electronic Arts and held senior leadership positions at the Whirlpool Corporation.

Ms. Karen Boone has been the Chairperson of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the President, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer from 2014 to 2018, and Chief Financial Officer of Restoration Hardware Inc from 2012 to 2014. Previously, she held various roles at Deloitte & Touche LLP from 1996 to 2012. Ms. Boone also serves as the Director of Sonos, Inc, Rivian Automotive, Inc.

Ms. Liz Coddington has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Finance for Amazon Web Services. Previously, she served as the Chief Financial Officer at Adara and Walmart.com, and Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis of Netflix.

Ms. Lauren Weinberg has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since December 2023. Prior to this, she served as a Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing and Revenue Officer for Quickbooks at Intuit. Previously she served at Square, Yahoo, MTV, and AOL.
