Mr. Marcelo Weick Pogliese has been the Chairman of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Secretary For Legislative Affairs at the Office of Legal Affairs of the Office of the Chief of Staff to the President of the Republic, Special Advisor of Petrobras’ CEO, Acting Deputy Special Secretary in the Office of the Special Secretary for Legal Affairs, and Advisor in the same office. Previously, he held the positions of General Attorney of the Municipality of Joao Pessoa, General Attorney of the State of Paraiba, and Chief Secretary of the Chief of Staff’s Office of the Government of Paraiba. Currently, he serves as the Special Secretary For Legal Affairs at the Office of the Chief of Staff to the President of the Republic.

Ms. Magda Chambriard has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2024. Prior to this, she held various positions relating to Auditing, Internal Affairs, Public Proceutor's Officer, Bid Promotion, Supply, Inspection of Distribution and Resale of fuels at ANP. Previously, she also worked as the Explorationa and Production Business Consultant at the company. Ms. Chambriard also holds the position of Chairman of Brazil Oil and Gas Institute.

Mr. Fernando Sabbi Melgarejo has been the Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Neoenergia from 2023 to 2024 and as the Director of Invepar from 2022 to 2023. Mr. Melgarejo also served as the Director of Economus Instutio de Seguridade Social from 2020 to 2022 and as Director of Cielo from 2019 to 2022. Earlier, he was the Director of Catneo from 2016 to 2019 and as Director of Cassi from 2008 to 2011.

Mr. Ricardo Wagner de Araujo has been the Chief Governance and Compliance Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Secretary of the Public Ethics Commission. Mr. Araujo also served as the Director of Accountability for Public Agents, and Deputy Inspector for the Economic Area.

Mr. William Franca Da Silva serves as the Chief Industrial Processes and Products Officer and Interim Chief Energy Transition and Sustainability Officer of the company. Prior to this, he also served as the Executive Manager and Director of Transpetro and Transpetro Internacional and as the General Manager of the refineries: RPBC/Cubatao-SP; REGAP/Betim-MG; RLAM/Mataripe-BA; and REDUC/Duque de Caxias-RJ. Mr. Silva also held the position of Asset Manager of the Guillermo Bell Refinery/Bolivia.
