Mr. Tim Knavish has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to that, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of PPG from 2016 to 2022. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of United States Steel Corporation, Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd., and the National Association of Manufacturers.

Mr. Vincent J. Morales has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since March 2017. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Finance from June 2016 to February 2017. Mr. Morales also served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Treasurer of the company from June 2015 through June 2016 and as Vice President, Investor Relations from October 2007 through May 2015.

Mr. Bhaskar Ramachandran has been the Chief Information Officer and Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, he served as Vice President, IT and Chief Information Officer at Jabil Inc. Previously, he held roles at Textron Inc and Sybase, Inc.

Mr. David S. Bem has been the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President, Science and Technology of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as Vice President, research and development for Dow Chemical. He also served as Global R&D Director for Dow. Mr. Bem held R&D leadership roles at Celanese Corp and UOP LLC.

Ms. Christine Camsuzou has been the Chief Procurement Officer and Vice President, procurement of the company since May 2023. Previously, she served as interim Chief Procurement Officer of the company.
