Mr. Suryo Utomo has been the President Commissioner of the bank since March 2025. Previously, he served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National Central General Hospital. Prior to this, he was a Commissioner at PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur and held various roles at the Ministry of Finance, including Director General of Taxes and Expert Staff to the Minister of Finance for Tax Compliance.

Mr. Hirwandi Gafar has been the Director of Consumer of the bank since March 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Director of Consumer and Commercial Lending of the bank from November 2019 to March 2022. Previously, he served as the Commercial Lending Division Head at PT State Savings Bank (Persero), Tbk. Formerly, he served as the Subsidized Mortage Lending Division Head of the bank from March 2014 to November 2019. He also worked with PT State Savings Bank.

Mr. Nixon L. P Napitupulu has been the President Director of the bank since March 2023. Previously, he served as the Vice President Director of the bank in March 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Acting President Director of the bank from December 2020 to March 2021. Previously, he held various positions in the bank including Director of Finance, planning, and Treasury; Director of Collection and Asset Management, and Director of Collection, Asset Management, and Legal. Formerly, he served as the President Director at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Pos from 2015 to 2017. He held various positions in PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk including Head of Bank Joint Venture Transition Team, Head of Bank Joint Venture Priority Project, and Group Head Corporate Secretary Group.
