Mr. Hiroshi Mikitani has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2004. He also serves as the Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer at Rakuten Symphony, Inc. since 2023, and Vice Chairman and Co- Chief Executive Officer of Rakuten Medical, Inc since 2022. He also holds Chairman position at several organizations including Rakuten Medical K.K. since 2017, Rakuten Baseball Inc since 2012, and Rakuten Vissel Kobe Inc since 2006. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of Tokyo Philharmonic Orchestra since 2011, and President and Director of Crimson Group LLC since 1996.

Mr. Masayuki Hosaka has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2016. He also serves as the President of Card & Payments Company of the company (currently FinTech Group Company). Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President, Managing Executive Officer, and General Manager of Personal Finance department of the company. Currently, he also serves as the President and Director of Rakuten Credit, Inc.

Mr. Kenji Hirose has been the Chief Financial Officer, Director, and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as the Managing Executive Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, and General Manager of Financial Business department of the company.

Mr. Kentaro Hyakuno has been the Director, Executive Vice President, and Chief Operating Officer of the company since March 2022. He also serves as the President of Communications & Energy of the company since 2022. Previously, he served as the Managing Executive Officer and Executive Officer at the company. Currently, Mr. Hyakuno also serves as a Director of JP Rakuten Logistics, Inc.
