Range Resources Corp (Range) is an independent natural gas, NGLs and oil company. It carries out the exploration, development and acquisition of natural gas and oil properties. The company operates in the Appalachian region of the US, specifically in the Marcellus Shale in Pennsylvania. It’s properties consists of interests in developed and undeveloped natural gas, NGL, and oil leases. Such interests entitles the company to drill and produce atural gas, NGLs and oil from specific areas. Range’s interests mostly consists of working interests along with a lesser extent of royalty and overriding royalty interests. Range sells its natural gas to utilities, marketing companies and industrial users. The company operates through one segment, which is the exploration and production of natural gas, NGLs and oil in the US. As of December 2025, the company reported total proved reserves of 18,141,862 million cubic feet of gas equivalents (MMcfe), which comprises 11,715,912 million cubic feet (MMcf) of natural gas, 1,038,163 million barrels (Mbbls) of NGLs and 32,828 Mbbls of oil. The company reported proved developed reserves of 12,801,132 MMcfe and proved undeveloped reserves of 5,340,730 MMcfe.
