Mr. Greg G. Maxwell has been the Chairman of the company since July 2018. Prior to this, he worked as the Director of the company since September 2015. He also served as Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Phillips 66. Mr. Maxwell has over 37 years of experience in various financial roles within the oil and gas and petrochemical industry. He has also served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Controller for Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, from 2003 to 2012. Mr. Maxwell joined Phillips Petroleum Company in 1978 and held various roles within the comptrollers group including the corporate planning and development group, the corporate treasury department and downstream business units.

Mr. Dennis L. Degner serves as the Director, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company, since 2023. Prior to this, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. He has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of technical and managerial positions. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Degner held various senior management positions with Sierra Engineering, EnCana and Halliburton.

Mr. Mark S. Scucchi has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company, since 2018. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer of the company. He joined the company in 2008. Prior to this, Mr. Scucchi worked with JPMorgan Securities. Prior to joining JPMorgan, he served at Ernst & Young LLP.

Ms. Ashley S. Kavanaugh has been the Vice President of Controller and Principal Accounting Officer of the company since March 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Financial Reporting Manger and Director of the company.
