Rockwell Automation Inc (Rockwell) provides industrial automation power, control, and digital transformation solutions. It offers these solutions to aerospace, automotive, chemical, entertainment, food and beverage, household and personal care, infrastructure, marine, metals, mining, oil and gas, power generation, print and publishing, pulp and paper, textile, semiconductors, life sciences and wastewater sectors. Rockwell operates through three business segments: Intelligent Devices, Software & Control, and Lifecycle Services. as of September 30, 2024 the company operated two distribution facilities, one in the US and the other in the Netherlands. It also operated over 10 manufacturing facilities, most significant of these facilities were located in the US, Mexico, Canada, and Singapore. The company also operates over 200 sales and administrative offices in over 50 countries. In FY2024, the company incurred a capital expenditure of US$224.7 million which was 2.7% of the company’s total revenue and grew 40% YoY.
