Mr. Blake D. Moret has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Rockwell Automation since January 2018. Earlier, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President from July 2016 to 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Control Products and Solutions of the company from April 2011 to July 2016. He is also serving as the Director of FIRST Robotics and member of executive committee of the National Association of Manufacturers. He began his career in 1985 as a Sales Trainee, and subsequently served in senior positions across the organization, including international assignments in Europe and Canada.

Mr. Christian Rothe has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer at Graco. Prior to this, Mr. Rothe served in the Finance and Strategic Development roles at Gardner Denver.

Mr. Christopher Nardecchia has been the Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Chief Information Officer of Rockwell Automation since November 2017. Prior to this, he served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Global Operations and Supply Chain at Amgen, Inc. He also served in various leadership roles at Pfizer and Warner Lambert.

Mr. Cyril Perducat has been the Chief Technology Officer since July 2021 and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Prior to Rockwell, he served as Executive Vice President, Internet of Things and Digital Offers at Schneider Electric.

Ms. Rebecca W. House has been the Senior Vice President and Chief People and Legal Officer of the company since July 2020 and Corporate Secretary since January 2017. Prior to this, she served as Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary for Harley Davidson Inc. Previously, she worked as a Partner for Foley and Larden LLP for over 12 years. Mr. House currently serves as the Director of Marvell Technologies Inc, FMI Funds Inc and Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation.
