Shell plc (Shell) formerly Royal Dutch Shell Plc, is a global energy company involved in the exploration, production, and distribution of oil, natural gas, and petrochemicals. The company operates in various sectors, including integrated gas, upstream oil and gas, downstream products, renewables, and energy solutions. Shell's activities encompass the extraction of natural gas and crude oil, the production of liquefied natural gas (LNG) and gas-to-liquids (GTL) products, and the marketing and distribution of fuels, lubricants, and biofuels.
