Dr. Werner Brandt serves as the Chairman of RWE. He also serves as the Chairman of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE and Director of Siemens AG. Previously, Dr. Brandt served as the Chief Financial Officer of SAP SE from 2001 to 2014, Chief Financial Officer and Labour Director at Fresenius Medical Care AG from 1999 to 2001, Director and Vice President of European Operations at Baxter Deutschland GmbH from 1992 to 1999, and worked with Price Waterhouse Aktiengesellschaft between 1981 and 1992.

Dr. Markus Krebber has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer of RWE since October 2016. Dr. Krebber also served as the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of RWE Supply & Trading GmbH from 2012 to 2015. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of RWE Supply & Trading GmbH. He held various management positions at Commerzbank AG from 2005 to 2012.

Dr. Michael Muller has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since May 2021. Prior to this, he was the Chief Financial Officer of RWE Supply & Trading GmbH from September 2016 to April 2021; Head of Group Controlling from 2014 to 2016; Program Director Restructuring Program Neo of RWE Generation SE from 2013 to 2014; Head of Asset Management, Head of Procurement Major Projects and Technical Project Director New Build Power Plant BoA 2 & 3, of RWE Power AG from 2005 to 2013. He has also held various executive positions at McKinsey?&?Co.

Ms. Zvezdana Seeger has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Director of Labour of the company since November 2020. Prior to this, she was the Chief Operating Officer of the Private and Corporate Business Unit of Deutsche Bank AG. Ms. Seeger served as the Managing Director of T-Systems Enterprise Service GmbH, Non-Executive Directors of DHL Global Forwarding Freight and held executive positions at Postbank AG and Deutsche Telekom AG.
