Ms. Ulrike Brouzi has been the Chairman of the company since 2026. Prior to this, she served as a Member of the Supervisory Board since May 2013. She was responsible for finance and compliance on the Board of Managing Directors of DZ Bank AG in Frankfurt.

Mr. Hans Jurgen Urban has been the Vice Chairman of the company since 2011. He held various roles at IG Metall, including the Head of Functional Area Social Policy/Fundamental Issues/Strategic Planning, Trade Union Secretary Social Policy Department, and Trade Union Secretary District Management. Mr. Urban serves as the Managing Director at IG Metall.

Mr. Gunnar Groebler has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as a Director of Vattenfall Group. He also served as the Chairman of Vattenfall Europe Windkraft GmbH and the Head of the Renewables Continental Europe/United Kingdom business unit. He held various managerial positions at Vattenfall Europe AG.

Ms. Birgit Potrafki has been a Director and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2024. She held various positions within the Bosch Group, including heading up the Cost Controlling, Accounting & Finance departments for its international branches in Belgium and China. She took over responsibility for customer and logistics planning at the Group’s Hildesheim plant, before moving to Bosch Rexroth AG where she served as the commercial manager for the Homburg plant. Ms. Potrafki served as a Commercial Manager for the Mobile Controls and Compact Hydraulics product groups at Bosch Rexroth. She was also appointed Chief Financial Officer to the board of the Bosch Electrical Drives division.

Ms. Birgit Dietze has been the Chief Personnel Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, she served as the Managing Director of IG Metall Berlin. Prior to this, she held the position of Head of Collective Bargaining and Legal Responsibility at IG Metall. She also served as a Legal Advisor at IG Metall.
