Mr. Peter Podesser has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since November 2006. Prior to this, he served as President in Oerlikon Wafer Processing from 2005 - 2006. Mr. Podesser also held the position of the CEO & President in EV Group E. Thallner GmbH from 2001 - 2005. Before this he also served as Chief Executive Officer in RHI Asia Pacific Ltd from 1999 - 2000. Prior this, he worked as Vice President Sales Marketing in Deutsche Heraklith GmbH from 1997 - 1998.

Mr. Daniel Saxena has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Advisor of the company from 2019 to 2020; Investment Partner of Private Equity Fund from 2010 to 2017 and Managing Director of Corporate Finance Advisory Firm from 2005 to 2010. Mr. Saxena also served in various positions including Vice President, Analyst and Associate at Corporate and Investment Bank from 1997 to 2004.

Mr. Hans Pol has been the Chief Operating Officer of company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Sustainability Officer and Director of the company from 2014 to 2020; Managing Director and Founder of PBP Group from 2011 to 2019. Mr. Pol also served on the Board of Association EMVT and Dutch Transformer Manufacturers; Marketing and Sales Manager of Tecnotion from 1998 to 1999; and Product Manager of Elincom Electronics from 1993 to 1998.

Ms. Sunaina Sinha Haldea has been the Chairwomen of the company since May 2024. She is also serving Global Head of Private Capital Advisory at Raymond James Financial, Inc since 2021. Prior to this, she served as Chairwoman in Barecore from 2013 – 2021. Before this she worked as Chairwoman in Mindful Chef from 2015 – 2019. prior this, she served as Managing Partner in Cebile Capital, from 2011 – 2021. Before this she served as Marketing and Investor Relations in Brevan Howard from 2009 – 2011.
