Mr. Irial Finan has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President of The Coca-Cola Company and the President of the Bottling Investments Group. Previously, he also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company SA. Earlier, Mr. Finan was a Director of CocaCola European Partners plc, Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Holdings Inc and Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc.

Mr. Anthony Smurfit has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operations Officer of the company. Mr. Smurfit also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Smurfit Europe from 1999 to 2002; the Deputy Chief Executive of Smurfit Europe; and the Chief Executive Officer of Smurfit France. He serves as a board member of Confederation of European Paper Industries (CEPI).

Mr. Ken Bowles has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the company’s Finance Controller from 2010 to 2016. Mr. Bowles also served as the company’s Head of Tax from 2007 until 2010. He was the Head of Compliance at the company from 2004 to 2007. Currently, he serves as a member of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants.

Ms. Gillian Carson-Callan has been the Secretary of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she held roles within the company including Assistant Group Secretary and Group Finance function. She joined the company in 2009.

Ms. Sharon Whitehead has been the Vice President of Human Resources at the company since 2019. Prior to this, she worked at Kerry Group plc. Ms. Whitehead held leadership roles in Human Resources including the Global Director of Change and Communications, and the Vice President of Human Resources for EMEA and Asia Pacific.
