Mr. Gonzalve Bich has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Consumer Products business, Human Resources and Information Technology of the company from 2017 to 2018. Mr. Spooner holds 25 years of experience in the industrial and CPG industries.

Mr. Charles Morgan is the Chief Administrative Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Director of Global Business Services at General Motors. He held various senior roles at Marsh Inc, American Express, HSBC and Reuters. Mr. Morgan served as the Vice President of Finance Shared Services at Aetna. He worked as an accountant at Deloitte in London.

Ms. Sara LaPorta is the Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer of the company. Previously, she served as the Senior Vice President at PepsiCo, where she worked for 10 years. She began her career with Boston Consulting Group as a partner and led a variety of growth-oriented engagements for well-known retailers and CPG companies. She joined the company in 2019.

Ms. Mallory Martino has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2020. Prior to this, she worked for McKinsey. She began her career with McLagan. Ms. Martino joined the company in 2020.
