Mr. Julius Genachowski has been the Chairperson of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as member of the board of director since September 2013. Mr. Genachowski also served as a Senior Advisor at The Carlyle Group since January 2024; and was a Partner and Managing Director at Carlyle from 2014 to 2023. He served as the Chairman of the U.S. Federal Communications Commission from 2009 to 2013. He has held senior executive positions at IAC/InterActiveCorp, an internet, e-commerce and media company.

Mr. Thomas Conrad has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since July 2025 and Director of the company since 2017. Previously, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Zero Longevity Science. Prior to this, he served as Chief Product Officer of Quibi. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Product at Snap Inc. Earlier, Mr. Conrad also served as the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Product at Pandora.

Ms. Saori Casey has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Finance at Apple Inc from July 2011 to December 2023. Previously, she held various positions as a finance executive at Cisco Systems Inc, for 15 years. Ms. Casey also served on the board of directors of Houzz Inc.

Mr. Edward Lazarus has been the Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Financial Officer from November 2022 to January 2024, and Interim Chief Financial Officer from August 2022 to November 2022 at the company. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Tribune Media Company from January 2013 to December 2018. Mr. Lazarus served as an independent consultant and attorney of Federal Communications Commission from 2012 to 2013 and as the Chief of Staff from 2009 to 2012. Prior to this, he served as lawyer at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP from 2000 to 2009.

Ms. Shamayne Braman has been the Chief People Officer of the company since September 2022. Prior to this, she served the company as the Chief Diversity Equity and Inclusion Officer of the company from 2021 to 2022. Previously, she served as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion, from 2020 to 2021, and Senior Manager of Culture Diversity and Inclusion, from 2019 to 2020 at Target Corporation. She also worked as the Director of Diversity and Inclusion from 2017 to 2019, and Director of Diversity Inclusion and Community Partnerships Associate from 2016 to 2017 at HealthPartners.
